This air-conditioned bus service operates from 5 am – 12 pm midnight. Contact the Airport Express Counter, Level 1 near entrance 7. Take route AE3 Suvarnabhumi-Sukhumvit-Wireless. Fare is THB 150 per trip. Descend into Sukhumvit and turn in to Sukhumvit 24, the hotel is 1 km along on your right hand side.

The terminal's facilities include a berth measuring 365 m, ample parking bay for buses and passenger cars, passenger hall accommodating 1,500 persons, passenger baggage trolleys, air-conditioned departure hall, arrival/baggage claim hall, ticketing and check-in counters, tourist information centre, food & beverage outlets and more. Taxi and bus services are available at the port which guests can take to get them to the hotel. A limousine service can be provided by the hotel upon request, for a fixed fee.
