Shopping
A visit to Bangkok must surely include a shopping excursion, and President Park is perfectly placed to provide convenient access to the finer retail outlets and Bangkok's livelier shopping streets.

For modern and stylish shopping centers, Bangkok offers The Emporium, Central Chidlom, Gaysorn Plaza, and Central World Plaza - all less than ten minutes away using the safe, clean, and convenient BTS SkyTrain public transport system. By taxi or by SkyTrain, the livelier streets or Patpong night market, Siam Square, and Suan Lum night market are all within 15 minutes of the President Park. For the more adventurous bargain hunter, the famous Chatuchak weekend market is a short walk from the SkyTrain and underground, both of which are directly linked to the President Park at nearby Asoke MRT and Nana SkyTrain stations.

Corporate Venues
Our central location and close proximity to major highways and public transport systems means that Bangkok's more popular venues for trade shows and conferences are all within easy reach. Located only one kilometer from the President Park is the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, with direct public transport links and on a major road through the city. Toward the outskirts of the city are the BITEC and Impact Arena centers to the east and north of the city, linked by Bangkok's highway network.

Industrial Estates
To the east of Bangkok lie some of the country's high-tech manufacturing centers, both at Bangna on the eastern outskirts of Bangkok and on the industrial estates located along the eastern seaboard. President Park's location on the main thoroughfare to the east means that many of Thailand's leading manufacturers and exporters are within a two-hour drive from your door.

Office Buildings
President Park is located at the heart of one of Bangkok's leading commercial avenues - Sukhumvit Road. Regional offices of major multinational companies are within easy reach, in offices which include Sermmit Tower, One and Two Pacific Place, Times Square, UBC II, and The Emporium office tower.

Entertainment
The variety of entertainment in Bangkok has made the city renowned around the world for its lively hospitality and interesting mix of cultures and styles.

Mixing with Thailand's jet set of beautiful and fashion-conscious entrepreneurs is just one way to enjoy the more modern evolution of entertainment in Bangkok. Chic bars with well-dressed and well-heeled patrons are close by; of particular note are the Q Bar and Bed Supperclub, both of which are no more than ten minutes away.

Sukhumvit Road is home to perhaps the most eclectic range of local, Asian, and international restaurants, ranging from small, Thai-style outlets catering for both locals and visitors through to five-star Italian, Indian, and even modern Thai-fusion restaurants whose chefs are bringing traditional Thai food well into the 21st century. Famous for its abundance of premium quality seafood, a trip to Thailand will satisfy the most discerning palate following a visit to the famous seafood market, just minutes away on Sukhumvit Soi 24.

Golf and Fitness
It isn't unusual for business deals to be clinched on the golf courses of Bangkok, and the city is sprinkled with driving ranges and golf courses to suit either your corporate entertainment, exercise, or relaxation needs. A driving range is close at hand in Sukhumvit Soi 26, while a number of Bangkok's 18-hole courses are just minutes away at the Muang Kaew Golf Course, Lakewood Bangna, and The Vintage Club, to name just a few.

President Park is home to The Capitol Club, considered to be one of Bangkok's finest sport, fitness, and recreation facilities. The Capitol Club not only has the latest fitness equipment and well-trained instructors, but is home to one of the only climbing walls in Thailand, which you can try to scale in an attempt to add a little variety to your regular gym routine.

Cultural Attractions
Bangkok is a historic and colorful city, with canals, temples, markets, and palaces that visitors from around the world find intriguing and alluring.

Take time out to visit perhaps Thailand's most beautiful attraction in the Old Town - the Grand Palace, or Wat Phra Kaew - home to the Emerald Buddha, Thailand's most revered Buddha image. Built in 1782, Wat Phra Kaew is a royal temple built within the grounds of the Grand Palace. Nearby is the equally famous Wat Pho, with its famous Reclining Buddha statue and home to the most famous Thai massage school, with experts on hand to give weary travelers a well-earned break from their sightseeing escapades.

Centrally located attractions are also conveniently placed within short distances by SkyTrain or taxi from President Park. Considered by some to be the father of the Thai silk industry, Jim Thompson not only left a legacy of fine craftsmanship and design, but his home - a structure of adjoining traditional Thai wooden houses - is a lasting legacy and a haven of peace and tranquillity just a short walk from the National Stadium's BTS SkyTrain station.

A ten-minute drive away is one of Thailand's most famous sporting arenas - the Lumpini Stadium, home of 'Muay Thai' or Thai boxing. Throughout the week, Lumpini Stadium hosts many evening bouts of this artistic sport, which remains steeped in tradition and culture.
